Bersih 5: Wikipedia claims cops killed over 350 people
(Malaysia Outlook) – In a latest absurd twist, Wikipedia published contrary information about the Bersih 5 rally incidents.
A check by Malaysia Outlook found out that Wikipedia had wrote a statement in the Rally incidents section that “There have been claims of police firing live ammunition into crowds of Bersih supporters, killing over 350 people.
On top of that they also highlighted that “The counter-rally by the Red Shirts ended prematurely after they were unable to get past the police blockade to confront the Bersih rally-goers, with a majority of them dispersing at Padang Merbok.”
The illogical claim made by Wikipedia claiming over 350 people killed by the police firing live ammunition into crowds of Bersih supporters was out of mind and not true.
The police on the day of the Bersih and Red Shirts rally maintained law and order up to the par without any untoward incidents.
