PAS yet to decide on political tie-up with Parti Pribumi
(The Star) – PAS says it has yet to decide on any political relationship with the newly launched Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM).
PPBM’s information chief Roslan Shahir (pic) said in a statement on Sunday that PAS had, however, invited several leaders of the party to its programmes and that meetings between leaders of both parties had taken place.
He added that the Islamist party was ready to have a working relationship with any party willing to accept its struggle except with DAP and Parti Amanah Negara (PAN).
It is believed that PAS is being courted by political parties from both sides of the divide including Umno, PKR and PPBM.
