Dato’ Ambiga Sreneevasan needs help.
The former Bar Council president is suffering from a rare case of STCSN, a syndrome found only in Malaysia and first reported in the Kuala Lumpur area. As a matter of fact, she is the second only Malaysian known to have contracted the disorder, the first being a lawyer from Kuala Lumpur, lawyer Matthias Chang. But specialists have more or less given up hope on this Matthias fellow.
Still, what is the STCSN syndrome?
Well, a source in the know revealed that STCSN stands for Sometimes Throat Cancer, Sometimes None, a rare disease indigenous to certain parts of Kuala Lumpur – specifically, around the Ambiga and Matthias households. Nobody really knows how or why this disease inflicts its carriers, though one specialist from the Southampton Institute of Technology (SHIT), Doctor Iwanna Cekikher, told TTF that the disorder seemed endemic to persons linked to Sarawak Report, a fake news portal run by a British spin specialist, Clare Rewcastle Brown (READ HERE).
News of the syndrome’s link to the portal triggered untold panic at SHIT as researchers immediately roped Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin into the picture. According to doctor Iwanna Cekikher, the former UMNO statesmen were already displaying chronic symptoms as they seemed eerily silent whenever the odds were stacked against their favour. And that brings us to the million dollar question – just what exactly are the symptoms?
Let us take the case of Ambiga as example.
On the 20th of September 2017, TTF revealed that the former Bersih co-chairperson met Pandan Member of Parliament (MP) Rafizi Ramli – the man they call Sotong Goreng – in 2013 to discuss reasons Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim needed to be brought down. During the encounter, Ambiga related to Sotong Goreng what the latter didn’t know, that Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim planned to turn Dato’ Seri Azmin Ali into the next Menteri Besar of Selangor.
