Clare Brown bribed Charles Morais to fake Statutory Declaration
TTF: The murder of Deputy Public Prosecutor Kevin Morais was revenge fuelled owing to a case he once prosecuted. It has nothing to do with Najib or 1MDB. But because Kevin was linked to the Attorney General’s chambers, Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail got the bright idea of implicating Najib for Kevin’s murder. The rest, as they say, is history.

KUALA LUMPUR: Six men charged with murdering deputy public prosecutor (DPP) Datuk Anthony Kevin Morais will know on Nov 20 whether they would have to enter their defence or otherwise.
High Court judge Datuk Azman Abdullah set the date after hearing submissions by the prosecution and defence. Five of the men, R Dinishwaran, 25; AK Thinesh Kumar, 24; M.Vishwanath, 27; S. Nimalan, 24; and S.Ravi Chandaran, 46, are accused of killing the DPP between 7 am and 8 pm on Sept 4, 2015, along the stretch between Jalan Dutamas Raya Sentul and No.1 Jalan USJ1/6D, Subang Jaya.They face the death sentence if found guilty, under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
Col Dr R.Kunaseegaran, 54, who is the first accused, allegedly abetted the five men in killing Kevin Morais at the same place, date and time, as charged under Section 109 of the Penal Code read together with Section 302 of the Penal Code. He also faces the death sentence if convicted.
