Azmin unsure where he will contest in GE14

(The Star) – Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Azmin Ali (pic) said he was still unsure where he will contest in the coming general election.

“It is still subject to discussion within the party (PKR). We have not finalised our candidates,” the Gombak MP told reporters after attending the state’s civil servants monthly gathering here Monday.

Azmin, who is also PKR deputy president, said he believed that the general election was still some way off but added that the party was prepared for any eventuality.

“The principle and understanding of party leaders is already there and now only subject to the final approval of the party,” said Azmin when asked when the list of PKR candidates would be announced.

He said although the list of candidates was not yet public, PKR had identified the candidates and constituencies they would be contesting in.
