[Video] What This DAP Member Says About A Leader Who Is Corrupt And Stabs Others In The Back Is A Timely Reminder
(Malaysian Digest) – “I stand upright, I did not do anything wrong … but he used the people who I had cultivated to stab me in the back. Does he qualify to be our leader?”
What happened to this DAP member certainly rings a bell, if you recall the fate of DAP Kepong MP Dr Tan Seng Giaw.
This time it is former Johor DAP chairman, Dr Boo Cheng Hau and Skudai state assemblyman, who has been removed by his party leaders for refusing to follow his party’s line on seat-hopping for political gain.
A recording of a speech given by Dr Boo has gone viral which contained direct references to a DAP leader who is tainted by corruption yet refuse to resign, and even worse, chose to stab him in the back.
“Party leaders charged with graft should quit,” Dr Boo reminded that he has been pushed aside when he never did anything to harm the party but there are those who have and are still being protected.
“The leader should not only not be contesting.
“He should step down or even quit the party. Because DAP does not belong to any family or any corporation,” Boo said.
Who could he be referring to?
See the video below and decide for yourself.
Political analyst Lim Sian See commented on the viral video in a recent Facebook posting.
“Boo also says the leadership should know that if they are corrupted, they should not only stop contesting but should leave DAP and not tarnish the party’s name and reputation.
“Out of these thousands and thousands of candidates from dozens of parties, only one candidate will be contesting while still under an on-going criminal court case for two counts of corruption against him,” LSS points out.
Dr Boo’s concluding remarks to his supporters also serves as a timely reminder to other DAP supporters.
“I stand upright, I did not do anything wrong … but he used the people who I had cultivated to stab me in the back.
“Does he qualify to be our leader?
“If he is not, then in this election, you have to use your vote to teach him a lesson.”
