Mahathir is not doing as well as he expected in Langkawi. Even with the RM100 million he is pouring into his campaign he is still not gaining ground. So, they might need some other way to garner votes. And what better way than winning sympathy votes with some drama such as an attempt on Mahathir’s life?

Dr M: I don’t have to be admitted to hospital to gain sympathy votes
(The Star) – Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has laughed off claims of a Pakatan Harapan plan to admit him into hospital just before GE14 polling day to draw sympathy votes.
Commenting on a statement by Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi who said that Barisan Nasional was aware of such a ploy, Dr Mahathir said “I don’t think I have to be admitted to hospital for people to sympathise with me.”

What is DAP planning to do to Mahathir?
Actually, the intel report is more than just about Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad being admitted into hospital due to a cough, cold or ‘chest infection’. Mahathir himself started the ball rolling on 6th April 2018 when he said there is a possibility there would be an assassination attempt on his life. Then he alleged that his private jet had been sabotaged.
The intel report says Lim Kit Siang has asked Liew Chin Tong, Tony Pua, Anthony Loke and Teresa Kok to plan something ‘drastic’ for the last three days before Polling Day. That means around this weekend there is going to be a ‘kejutan’ of some sort.
The intel report says this kejutan will be against Mahathir. Is this why over the last month since 6th April Mahathir keeps talking about an attempt on his life? Is DAP planning something and is Mahathir aware of it? And is this Mahathir’s warning to those people that he knows about it?
