LIES BY SARAWAK REPORT AND CLARE REJECTED BY LONDON HIGH COURT

Pakatan leaders and zombies refuse to accept that Sarawak Report and Clare Rewcastle-Brown are heading for defeat merely because the trial is not yet over. They even go so far as to claim PAS and the media spread fake news.
Tok Guru Hj Abdul Hadi Awang’s triumph at this stage is obviously also a victory for 1MDB and Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak, which is why Pakatan Harapan leaders and supporters are even more butt-hurt and depressed.
It’s true that it ain’t over till the fat lady sings or it it ain’t over till it’s over, but this is like going into the second leg of the Champion’s League semi-final trying to overturn a 5-0 defeat (or 5-2 for that matter) in the first leg. Speaking of which, Liverpool could even afford to score an own goal and give away a penalty to lose 4-2 in the second leg and still win on aggregate to reach the final. So I don’t see TG Hadi having to do much to hammer in the final nail in Clare’s coffin come the trial.
SARAWAK REPORT’S RUBBISH ALLEGATIONS STRUCK OUT
Virtually all the rubbish allegations by SR/Clare have been struck out by the court, i.e. they have been rejected as evidence, whether due to being hearsay, nonsensical or irrelevant. Laughably, Clare has also decided not to admit as evidence a so-called audio recording of Nik Abduh as promised. Like when convicted sodomite/rapist Anwar Ibrahim decided to not call his supposed 14 alibi-witnesses for his sodomy/rape trial. Or like Ezam still being unable to make his 6 boxes of evidence magically appear.
Therefore, the trial in April 2019 next year would realistically appear to literally be more about damage control for Clare rather than a matter of win or lose — i.e. to try to minimise the amount of money that she would have to pay TG Hadi in damages and costs.
There are three main points to note here:
1. Sarawak Report / Clare could not prove Najib paid Hadi RM90 milliion; AND
2. Sarawak Report / Clare could not prove billions were stolen from 1MDB; AND
3. Sarawak Report / Clare could not prove that the political donations from the Saudi donors were illegal.
That’s why Pakatan Harapan zombies find it more comforting to dismiss it as fake news. Better than suicide.
COULDN’T PAKATAN HARAPAN LEADERS, CYBERZOMBIES AND SUPPORTERS HELP CLARE?
What I find baffling is that Tony Pua could not help Clare prove her allegations despite all the “evidence” in his own hands. Actually, Tony Pua himself is panicking even more, now that he, too, will not be able to prove his allegations against Najib and 1MDB after he was sued by Najib.
Also baffling is that Sat Dee and the rest of the Bapok Bunga, Bunga Bimbos or #BodohMacamPagon clan could not provide Clare with all the documents and charts they plastered all over Facebook and Twitter, which impressed no one but those with a room temperature IQ.
TONY PUA AND SAT DEE WILL ALSO BE PISSING IN THEIR PANTS
As RPK correctly said:
“Sarawak Report is trying to give the impression that the case has just started and is far from over. The truth is, Sarawak Report’s entire case has been demolished. The most important part of their defence is Sections 25 and 26, which is related to Najib, 1MDB, the wealth of PAS leaders, and so on. Without that, Sarawak Report has nothing left and their defence rests entirely on public interest and fair comment.”
“This is a big blow to Sarawak Report. For more than three years they have been claiming they have evidence that Najib stole 1MDB’s money — just like for 20 years Ezam Mohd Nor claimed he has enam kotak or six boxes of evidence of Mahathir’s corrupt acts.”
After so much big talk, Tony Pua and Sat Dee will be facing the same fate.
Tony Pua had said: “I would like to declare here that I will contest the suit by the Prime Minister”. He also told 1MDB, “Kalau tak jawab, samanlah kami ke mahkamah macam PM, biar jawapan dapat diberi bawah sumpah kepada hakim.”
Sat Dee had said to me on Twitter, “Silalah saman sy sekiranya apa yg diungkapkan ini TIDAK BENAR. Sy siap, saksi saksi lain juga siap. Ayoh maju. ke berani sembang kencang aja” and on Facebook, “Bukti haruslah level boleh masuk mahkamah dan tidak digelak oleh Hakim atau Pendakwaraya…”.
Well, now you already have an idea what the court will do with your “evidence” if it’s no better than Clare’s.
AMBIGA – LIAR LEADING THE LIAR
Coming back to Clare trying to put up a pathetic defence, these two paragraphs were among the rubbish struck out as evidence:
“25.99 One of the Defendant’s contacts with whom she had spoken in July 2016 was Ambiga Sreenevasan, the internationally and domestically respected and well informed Malaysian lawyer and campaigner for human rights and against corruption in Malaysia.”
“25.100 Discussing Najib Razak and the 1MDB scandal and the chaotic state of the Opposition since PAS’s change of allegiance, Ambiga Sreenevasan had confirmed that Najib Razak had used a combination of money and policies, offering support for PAS’s Islamic political agenda while buying its support with his usual money politics, 50 channelling money to senior personnel just as he had with other allies. Ambiga had told the Defendant that her sources, who she said were reliable, had estimated the amount that had been paid was around RM90 million.”
How bodoh can you be offering Ambiga’s lie as evidence. We are all very eager to hear what the liar and hypocrite Ambiga would have to say about all this. She should reveal to the Rakyat her source.
PEMBANGKANG BERPECAH PUN CLARE SALAHKAN NAJIB
Sarawak Report / Clare is now running on empty because I can’t think of anymore evidence that she can offer to convince the court that her lies were not lies.
In desperation, as part of her pitiful defence, she even blamed Najib for dividing the Opposition. Apa punya bangang?
“25.86 Following the 2013 General Election result, it was clear (or clearer) that Najib Razak’s political survival depended on him dividing the Opposition coalition and the anti-BN electoral vote.”
“25.87 From mid-2014 , the investigation into 1MDB and the emergence of Xavier Justo’s documented evidence and following the revelations beginning in January 2015, there had been even greater and increasing pressure on Najib Razak and UMNO to divide the Opposition parties and their electoral support.”
Only pro Opposition or greedy lawyers out to make money would allow their clients to put in the dumbest things in their defence.
Of course lah the judge struck out that pathetic “evidence” too because he is not #bodohmacampagon.
CONCLUSION
If the basis of DOJ’s suit was based on “evidence” given to them by Sarawak Report, Khairuddin Abu Hassan and Matthias Chang then the DOJ will be the next laughing stock if/when they try to prove their false allegations in court.
I think I’ll book a flight to attend the trial in London next year. I’ve always liked spring in the UK.
