Is it true the case against Guan Eng is going to be dropped?

Is it true that Guan Eng is going to be discharged because the Attorney-General has agreed to drop the case? And is it true that one of the terms for Tommy Thomas being appointed the Attorney-General is that all cases against Pakatan Harapan people, Guan Eng included, will be dropped? Well, let’s see if what happened to Khir Toyo happens to Guan Eng or whether the case against Guan Eng is going to be dropped like what they say.

Lim Kit Siang told Najib Tun Razak that he already knows how to suck eggs so no need to teach him how to suck eggs. “I do not want to be rude, but Najib should be aware of the idiom not to teach grandmother to suck eggs,” said Kit Siang.

Kit Siang also said: 

“What is Najib’s credibility worth, when he was the Prime Minister, he teamed up with Penang billionaire Jho Low to commit what the US Attorney-General Jeff Sessions said at an international conference last December as ‘kleptocracy at its worst’.”

“The 1MDB scandal has been referred in international media as among the world’s largest ever embezzlement schemes and the subject of a global corruption probe involving investigators at some 10 countries, and Najib and his family has been widely cited as the scheme’s major beneficiary.”

Well, what egg-sucker Kit Siang is trying to say is that Najib has been subjected to trial by media and the court of public opinion has already convicted Najib. That, in a nutshell, is what Kit Siang’s two paragraphs above mean.

Pakatan Harapan promised that the same day they get to form the government they are going to arrest Najib and throw him in jail for stealing RM42 billion of 1MDB’s money. (That same day the petrol price is going to come down to RM1.50 while the GST will be abolished so that the cost of living can ‘collapse’ — also both which never happened).

Can egg-sucking Kit Siang explain this?

It is now 78 days and Najib is yet to be arrested and thrown into jail for stealing RM42 billion of 1MDB’s money. No doubt he has been charged for allegedly stealing RM42 million of SRC International’s money but the court is yet to rule whether the allegation is true or not. Nevertheless, RM42 million of SRC’s money is nowhere close to RM42 billion of 1MDB’s money.

So why is Kit Siang talking about trial by media in the court of public opinion? If you go by trial by media in the court of public opinion then Anwar Ibrahim loves to have sex with men and boys. If you go by trial by media in the court of public opinion then Lim Guan Eng committed corruption, not once but many times. If you go by trial by media in the court of public opinion then Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad stole RM100 billion of the Malaysian taxpayers’ money. If you go by trial by media in the court of public opinion then Tun Daim Zainuddin stole RM60 billion of the Malaysian taxpayers’ money. If you go by trial by media in the court of public opinion then Muhyiddin Yassin was not only the most corrupt Johor Menteri Besar but the most corrupt Menteri Besar ever.

Was it not Kit Siang who said Mahathir and Daim stole RM160 billion of the Malaysian taxpayers’ money? So why just talk about Najib?

So why is Kit Siang talking about trial by media in the court of public opinion in the case of Najib when if you apply that same ‘standard of guilt’ on so many others then his own son and many of the Pakatan Harapan leaders would make Najib look like an angel by comparison.

This is the trouble with most Chinese in general and DAP Chinese in particular. They apply two sets of standards. For themselves they apply one standard and for others another standard.

When they talk about Chinese schools it is about human rights but when we talk about Islamic schools we are Taliban extremists. When they talk about the Chinese language they are exercising their freedom under the Constitution but when we talk about the Malay language we are racists (and the Malay language is inferior anyway).

Is it true the case against Guan Eng is going to be dropped?

In that same spirit, Najib is a crook who stole RM42 billion of 1MDB’s money because the newspapers say so and because he has been convicted in a trial by media in a court of public opinion. Mahathir, Daim, Muhyiddin, Guan Eng, and all those others are NOT crooks because they have never been convicted in a court of law and a trial by media in a court of public opinion does not count.

It is now 78 days and they have just 22 days to go. Kit Siang says Najib stole RM42 billion of 1MDB’s money. This is also what the Prime Minister Mahathir says. So, arrest Najib and charge him for stealing RM42 billion of 1MDB’s money. Stop saying that Najib is guilty because that was the verdict of a trial by media in a court of public opinion.

Kit Siang says no need to teach grandmother how to suck eggs. Apparently, he still does not know who to suck eggs. The issue is quite simple, really. The issue is you are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Let me repeat that for Chinese-school egg-suckers. You are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Even grandmothers who do not suck eggs know that. How come Kit Siang does not know it?

So, egg-sucking Kit Siang is slandering Najib by calling him a crook when no court has ruled so. Malays call it fitnah and this is one of the serious crimes under Islam punishable under Hudud laws. (Now do you know why Kit Siang opposes the Hudud laws?)

And can Kit Siang explain how his son who is facing trial for corruption can become Malaysia’s Finance Minister? What happens if he is convicted? If Khir Toyo can be found guilty for exactly the same crime then how can Guan Eng escape?

Or is it true that Guan Eng is going to be discharged because the Attorney-General has agreed to drop the case?
