Will Mahathir abolish Article 153 and the NEP?

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad wants Malaysians in China to return to Malaysia and help make Malaysia strong again. According to the government, there are about one million Malaysians living and working overseas, many with PR status in their adopted country.

The majority of these one million Malaysians are non-Malays and the reason they have abandoned Malaysia is because of Article 153 of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia, the New Economic Policy (NEP), the Bumiputera-first or Bumiputera quota policy, lack of religious freedom, etc., which they regard as racial discrimination.

If Mahathir wants these Malaysians to return to Malaysia, especially the non-Malays, then the Pakatan Harapan government needs to remove all these Acts of Parliaments and policies viewed as unfair, unjust and discriminatory towards the non-Malays.

Will Mahathir and Pakatan Harapan do this?
