So, do we still need Chinese schools?

Mahathir does, however, still want to do business with Japan. So, it would be a good idea to set up Japanese schools instead. Since the reason for Chinese schools is to do business with China, and since we are no longer going to do business with China, then Malaysia should change Chinese schools to Japanese schools so that we can successfully do business with Japan.

One of the arguments to support the continuation of Chinese schools and Chinese language education in Malaysia is because China is now one of the world’s greatest economies and for Malaysia to do business with China we must be able to speak Mandarin.

Tun Daim Zainuddin went to China and he came back empty. Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad also went to China and he, too, came back empty. Is it because they both do not speak Mandarin? Earlier, Mahathir went to Japan. He does not speak Japanese and it looks like Japan did not give Malaysia cheap money like Mahathir had hoped.

Mahathir and the rest of his Pakatan Harapan government say that Malaysia’s agreement with China is lopsided. The agreement is very unfair to Malaysia. Mahathir accuses Najib Tun Razak of stupidity for signing such an unjust agreement. China seems to have taken Malaysia for a ride and Najib blindly signed that agreement like a moron.

In short, Malaysia got cheated by the Chinese. And, to make matters worse, says Mahathir, China collaborated with Najib to steal 1MDB’s money. That means the Chinese are dishonest and are conspirators in a crime to defraud and swindle Malaysia.

If that is the case then Malaysia has to ban all trade dealings with China. How can Malaysia deal with a country that commits a crime and swindles Malaysia? And that also means there is no longer any need for Chinese schools and Chinese language education since Malaysia will never be doing business with China ever again.
