Allah, not Pakatan, decides Qur’anic laws
And DAP Christians such as Charles Santiago would also be well-advised to not come out with any fatwah declaring that PAS is practicing the wrong or deviant interpretation of Islam. How would Charles feel if JAKIM came out with a fatwah declaring that Catholics are heretics who have deviated from the true teachings of Jesus, which are based on the Old Testament and not the fabricated New Testament?

Mahathir and Anwar are quarrelling about whether gay rights should or should not be allowed while ignoring Allah’s position on the matter
When the Federated Malay States and Unfederated Malay States agreed to join up with the British-run Straits Settlements to form the Federation of Malaya in 1948, it was based on certain terms and conditions. And one of these conditions is that Malay customs and traditions (adat istiadat Melayu) plus Islam would remain state matters.
In short, the federal government cannot interfere in these matters. If it does then it is in breach of the Federation Agreement. Even more important, the non-Malays-non-Muslims have absolutely no right to interfere in matters related to adat istiadat Melayu and Islam.
Pakatan Harapan wants to remove the rights of the rulers regarding Islam
Currently, we are seeing many Pakatan Harapan leaders, non-Muslims-non-Malays included, debating about what should and should not be. Even Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Anwar Ibrahim are quarrelling about gay rights, about whether sodomy is a crime and sodomites should be punished or not, etc.
As far as Malays-Muslims are concerned, Allah has the final say, not Pakatan Harapan, and the state rulers (Sultans of Terengganu, Kelantan, Pahang, Johor, Selangor, Perak, and Kedah, plus the Raja of Perlis and Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan) are the trustees of Islam and adat istiadat Melayu in their respective states.
DAP’s Charles Santiago came out with a fatwah declaring that PAS is practicing the wrong or deviant interpretation of Islam
Pakatan Harapan would be well-advised to not overstep their authority. The state rulers are bound by the Qur’an, not by Pakatan’s GE14 election manifesto.
PAS practices a wrong or deviant interpretation of Islam, say Christians such as Charles Santiago and Pakatan Harapan leaders
