Where is the RM90 million that Najib gave PAS?

Even more important is that the RM90 million that Najib is alleged to have paid PAS is not in that list. Does this mean Najib did not pay PAS the RM90 million as alleged? If Najib did pay PAS the RM90 million then why is it not in that list of crimes?

Najib Tun Razak is facing 21 criminal charges regarding the RM2,080,000,000 that he is supposed to have received and the RM2,183,750,000 he is supposed to have paid out or paid back.

Now, first of all, if Najib is alleged to have stolen RM2.6 billion of 1MDB’s money, how come he is being charged for only RM2 billion? And how come he is being further charged for returning RM2.2 billion of that RM2 billion he received? And why has 1MDB not been mentioned in those 21 charges?

In other words, Najib is alleged to have paid back about RM139 million more than what he received plus he spent RM35 million of that money.

Now, more than RM20 million of that RM35 million that Najib is alleged to have spent went to Umno. Does that mean Umno, too, is now going to be charged for the same crime of money-laundering, embezzlement, etc?

Even more important is that the RM90 million that Najib is alleged to have paid PAS is not in that list. Does this mean Najib did not pay PAS the RM90 million as alleged? If Najib did pay PAS the RM90 million then why is it not in that list of crimes?
