Even Prophet Muhammad breaks his promise, says Pakatan Harapan

Khalid’s argument implies that if Prophet Muhammad himself breaks his promises then what is wrong for Pakatan Harapan to also do so? After all, Malaysia is bankrupt and cannot afford to pay what was promised in the run-up to the general election in May 2018.

Even Prophet Muhammad breaks his promise, said Pakatan’s Khalid Samad

Khalid appears to confirm the criticism levelled at Prophet Muhammad that he breached his agreement with the Jews and massacred an entire Jewish community after entering into a peace treaty with them.

Khalid’s argument implies that if Prophet Muhammad himself breaks his promises then what is wrong for Pakatan Harapan to also do so? After all, Malaysia is bankrupt and cannot afford to pay what was promised in the run-up to the general election in May 2018.

Khalid also said it was wrong for Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH) to pay out dividends to its depositors, year in and year out, when it was losing money during all those years.

Khalid said Tabung Haji paid out dividends every year even though it was losing money

According to LTH’s accounts published in its website, the pilgrims fund made a profit of RM3.8 billion in 2017, RM2.3 billion in 2016, RM3.5 billion in 2015, RM4.6 billion in 2014, RM2.5 billion in 2013, RM2.2 billion in 2012, RM2.0 billion in 2011, and RM2.2 billion in 2010 (the years when Najib Tun Razak was Prime Minister).

Hence it is not clear why Khalid said LTH was paying out dividends when it was losing money every year, or what Prophet Muhammad has to do with Pakatan Harapan not keeping its election promises.
