Every day Lim Kit Siang laments about Malaysia being the most corrupt country in the world. He throws about words such as kleptocrat, kleptocracy, kleptocratic, and so on, impressing Malaysians with his command of the English language.
But when PAS suggests stricter laws to combat bribery and corruption, Kit Siang goes ballistic. He does not want severe penalties for the crime of bribery and corruption. He does not want amputation for thieves, robbers and corrupt officials.
