Kadir Jasin wants the MACC to help clear Hadi
No, Kadir is not attacking Hadi. In fact, Kadir is trying to help Hadi. If MACC announces it is launching an investigation, then they will have to later announce the outcome of that investigation. And since they already know the outcome now, even as you read this, the MACC will have to announce they found nothing and that Hadi is innocent and did not receive RM90 million from Najib.

“MACC, Police Must Now Investigate ‘RM90 Million’ Case, Says Kadir,” reported Free Malaysia Today yesterday. The news report said:
Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s media and communications adviser today said the mystery over the RM90 million allegedly paid to PAS leaders should now be solved by the authorities, following the recent out-of-court settlement reached by PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang and Sarawak Report editor Clare Rewcastle-Brown.
Kadir Jasin said the truth of the allegations by Rewcastle-Brown in her article published in 2017 could only be known if police and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) open an investigation into the case. (READ MORE HERE).
MACC’s Azam Baki already told Kadir Jasin there is no case
Actually, Kadir Jasin has already spoken to MACC’s Azam Baki and he knows what the proposed investigation is going to reveal. Azam told Kadir there is no evidence that former Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak paid PAS RM90 million. And the allegation by Clare Rewcastle Brown is that a number of PAS leaders received a combined total of RM90 million.
So, the RM90 million was not given to Abdul Hadi Awang alone but, supposedly, to many people. And the basis for this allegation is because PAS leaders own cars and houses.
But why just because PAS leaders own cars and houses that means they are corrupt and received bribes from Najib? For example, Hadi owns a lot of land in Terengganu (since the 1970s before he became a PAS leader). And on some of that land there is gold.
Hadi not only owns a lot of land but even has gold on some of that land
Yes, many (especially the DAP Chinese) do not know that Hadi owns land that has gold. But he does not extract that gold himself. He allows the kampung people to mine that gold free-of-charge. In fact, my two sons have once gone there to mine for gold (maybe 30 or so years ago when they were still in primary school) and they did bring home a little bit of gold — not really that much to make you rich, though, but still gold.
Anyway, it is very racist to assume that if Malays own houses and cars it is because they are corrupt and take bribes while Chinese own houses and cars because they are smart and hardworking.
Whatever it may be, Kadir knows the MACC has, in fact, already investigated this RM90 million allegation and if they had found anything they would have already nabbed Najib together with Hadi a long time ago. So why is Kadir asking the MACC to investigate this when they have already done so and found nothing?

More important of all, Hadi can be considered an ally. Hadi has praised Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and declared that Mahathir should serve his full term and not hand the post of Prime Minister to Anwar Ibrahim this year or even next year. Mahathir should stay on till GE15 around 2023 or so.
Is Kadir not slaying the goose that lays the golden egg by attacking Hadi?
No, Kadir is not attacking Hadi. In fact, Kadir is trying to help Hadi. If MACC announces it is launching an investigation, then they will have to later announce the outcome of that investigation. Is that not better than spending RM5 million in a long-drawn and tedious UK court case just to achieve the same thing?
Clare has to do what Mahathir says
Why do you think Hadi is cool? They need Hadi more than Hadi needs them. If PAS supports Anwar Ibrahim, then Kadir and his boss will be in deep shit. Hence, they need to help Hadi so that he will not swing over to Anwar. And this is how it is being done. On top of that, they now do not need to give Najib permission to travel to the UK to testify in London, as we explained in the previous story. Mahathir is horrified with the prospect of Najib travelling to London to testify in the RM90 million court case. What happens if the case goes on and on, say, for two years? Does this not mean Najib can stay in London for two years? Mahathir will die before Najib returns to Malaysia.
Anyway, what is important at this stage is for Hadi or PAS to not support Anwar in any move he makes against Mahathir. They do not care two fooks whether Hadi or Clare wins the spitting contest or who wins the biggest balls competition. Even if Clare wins the court case, what good would that be if Mahathir is ousted and gets sent to jail for corruption?
Of course, Clare is under the impression she is one of big players in this game of thrones. The truth is she is just another pawn, to be used and then discarded when no longer needed.
