In his statement to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), Zarul Ahmad Mohd Zulkifli said he also paid RM500,000 to Nazri Abdul Aziz, who he said is Lim Guan Eng’s friend and who introduced him to the then Penang Chief Minister.
