Anwar to be sworn in as PM on Monday, 11 May 2020
Yes, May 13, a very ‘auspicious’ day for Malaysians. The day Malaysia got divided into Malay-Malaysia and non-Malay-Malaysia. And the day Malaysia finally gets rid of Mahathir once and for all and the Prime-Minister-in-waiting who has been waiting for 37 years takes over as Malaysia’s Eighth Prime Minister (or maybe the day Anwar gets arrested and tried for Sodomy 3).
THE CORRIDORS OF POWER
Raja Petra Kamarudin
Anwar Ibrahim’s choir boys have asked Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad to specifically state the date when Anwar will be taking over as Malaysia’s Eighth Prime Minister.
Aiyah! Mahathir already said two years, kan? So, two years means on Monday, 11th May 2020, Anwar is going to take his oath of office and be sworn in as Malaysia’s Eighth Prime Minister. Why so hard to count?
Let me explain it this way. I got two balls between my legs. If you don’t believe (since Mahathir and Lim Guan Eng said Raja Petra is a liar) put your hands between my legs and check.
I tell you I am going to give you half of them. Why do you still need me to confirm how many that would come to? Half of two in one, lah! Why so susah one? You still need me to confirm that half of two is one? Count yourself lah!
Anyway, why is Anwar so paranoid about the date when he will be taking over as Malaysia’s Eighth Prime Minister? Is he worried that Monday, 11th May 2020, will come and go and he will still remain Prime-Minister-in-waiting way past that date?
The Prime-Minister-in-waiting for 37 years can’t wait to take over
Why would Mahathir do that? Monday, 11th May 2020 means Monday, 11th May 2020. Why should Monday, 11th May 2020 mean Monday, 8th May 2023? Unless, of course, Anwar gets nabbed for Sodomy 3. Then even on Monday, 8th May 2023, Anwar is still not going to get sworn in as Malaysia’s Eighth Prime Minister.
Anyway, the move to push Mahathir aside has already started. Anwar’s choir boys are organising a campaign to ask Mahathir to step aside and allow Anwar take over as Prime Minister.
Anwar’s revelation last week that Rameli Musa paid Clare Rewcastle Brown RM1.4 million was not really meant for the Semenyih by-election. They already knew that Pakatan Harapan, or more specifically PPBM, was going to lose the Semenyih by-election. PPBM’s candidate is a nice guy but totally hopeless as a wakil rakyat.
The PPBM candidate was fielded to lose the Semenyih by-election
That PPBM candidate for Semenyih was not Mahathir’s choice. Mahathir had promised the seat to someone else. It was Muhyiddin Yassin who torpedoed Mahathir’s candidate and put someone else. And this was aimed at making sure Pakatan Harapan would lose the by-election.
You see, the anti-Mahathir forces within Pakatan Harapan wanted to turn the Semenyih by-election into a popularity contest between Mahathir and Najib Tun Razak. If Umno wins that means Najib is more popular than Mahathir. And that would mean Mahathir can no longer get the support of the rakyat so he must step aside and allow Anwar to take over.
It was actually a very simple strategy. Let Mahathir and Najib fight it out in Semenyih and we will see who wins. Apparently Najib won so that means Mahathir must go.
Rafizi Ramli was asked to name Rameli Musa to hit at Mahathir
When Anwar revealed that Clare was paid RM1.4 million, he did not mention details. Then he asked Rafizi Ramli to, kononnya, ‘investigate’ this matter and ‘discover’ who paid the RM1.4 million. Rafizi then announced it was Rameli Musa who paid Clare the RM1.4 million.
Actually, they did not need to ‘investigate’ or ‘discover’ Rameli’s name. They already knew it was Rameli. And they knew it was Mahathir who asked Rameli to pay Clare RM1.4 million. And, as a reward for his service, Rameli was appointed the Chairman of Malayan Railways or Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTMB).
It was Mahathir, and not Anwar, who appointed Rameli the Chairman of KTMB. And Anwar was not too happy with this. In fact, he told his choir boys that Rameli has changed sides and must be brought down.
In spite of Rameli having spent tens of millions over the last 20 years financing Anwar and his family, financing PKR, and financing many of the PKR leaders, Anwar still sold him out. This has always been Anwar’s trademark. In the end, never mind how much you do for him, he will always betray you.
And, in that same spirit, Anwar is betraying Mahathir.
Anwar Ibrahim: Perdana Menteri Malaysia ke-8
Yesterday, the DAP leaders discussed the Semenyih by-election and came to the conclusion it is Mahathir’s fault that Pakatan Harapan lost the by-election. Yes, Mahathir is the cause of the loss of the Semenyih by-election, said DAP. And the longer Mahathir stays on as Prime Minister the more damage he is going to cause to Pakatan Harapan.
So, will Anwar get sworn in as Prime Minister on Monday, 11th May 2020? Not if Anwar can help it. Anwar is not prepared to wait until Monday, 11th May 2020. He wants it to be on or before Monday, 13th May 2019.
