PAC chairman Noraini Ahmad said no GST money was stolen as Lim Guan Eng alleged
After an 11-month investigation, the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC) told Parliament today that no money was stolen from the GST (Goods and Services Tax) refunds as Lim Guan Eng had alleged. What happened was that the payment was delayed. Furthermore, the amount involved is only RM1.5 billion and not RM19.4 billion as Guan Eng claimed.
RM1.5 billion is less than 10% of RM19.4 billion. How could Guan Eng have got it so wrong? And the money was there all the time, in another account, and had not disappeared into thin air like they alleged. Was this an ‘honest’ mistake on the part of Guan Eng or did he intentionally try to mislead Malaysians?
Guan Eng is always so full of drama, which in the end has always proven to be fitnah. What the hell is wrong with that Chinaman? Can’t he for once just tell the truth instead of putar-belit every time he opens his mouth? Guan Eng ni ada penyakit otaklah.
DAP MP Khoo Poay Tiong is suggesting the PAC Chairman is lying to Parliament
Nevertheless, in spite of what Parliament was told today, the DAP member of Parliament for Kota Melaka, Khoo Poay Tiong, still insists that the GST money was stolen. Is Khoo saying that the PAC lied to Parliament? That is a very serious crime. It is as serious as Finance Minister Anwar Ibrahim lying to Parliament in 1994 when he said Bank Negara had not lost RM31.5 billion gambling on the forex market.
Why does Khoo insist that the PAC lied to Parliament? Does he have evidence that RM19.4 billion of the GST refunds was, in fact, stolen by the previous Barisan Nasional administration? In that case Khoo should lodge a police report and give the police the evidence proving that the PAC Chairman, Noraini Ahmad, lied to Parliament today when she said the GST money was not stolen but was only paid late and that it is only RM1.5 billion and not RM19.5 billion.

Then they said they seized RM1.1 billion in cash and valuables from the Pavilion Residences. On top of that PAS was allegedly paid RM90 million in a single cheque from 1MDB’s stolen money.
