The incident at Universiti Malaysia’s convocation ceremony is more than what you see. It is not really a “lone-wolf protest” by Wong Yan Ke, as what they want us to believe.
First of all, DAP was behind it. Secondly, the protest may have looked like it was targeted at Universiti Malaya’s vice-chancellor, Abdul Rahim Hashim. In essence, however, it was a protest against Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad regarding the “Kongres Maruah Melayu” or “Malay Dignity Congress” that was held on October 6.

DAP does not want to make it look so obvious that this is a “Cina lawan Melayu” exercise meant at inciting the Chinese voters in the run-up to the Tanjung Piai by-election. Pakatan Harapan is not getting Malay support and many Chinese may want to punish Pakatan Harapan in the by-election. So DAP is playing this Cina lawan Melayu game to get back Chinese support.

DAP is taking racism to new levels and no longer are they segan at slapping the Malays. How will the Malays react? Knowing the Malays, they would just remain layu dan terus melayu; dulu, kini dan selama-lamanya.
