Another tabligh participant dies of Covid-19, death toll now 21


THE TABLIGH GATHERING WAS APPROVED BY THE PAKATAN HARAPAN GOVERNMENT

(FMT) – A tabligh participant who attended the Sri Petaling mosque gathering late last month has died, pushing the Covid-19 death toll in the country to 21.

Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the patient, Case 1,588, had a history of chronic medical problems.

He was admitted to Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah in Alor Setar on March 23 and died at 4am today.
