Exposed: Pakatan, Mahathir and Guan Eng were protecting Bank Bali fugitive Djoko Tjandra
And if Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and Home Minister Hamzah Zainuddin had not agreed to Indonesia’s request for Djoko Soegiarto Tjandra to be arrested and sent back to Indonesia, until today no one would have known about this sordid affair.

IGP Abdul Hamid Bador said China was giving shelter to 1MDB fugitive Low Taek Jho a.k.a. Jho Low. This has now been proven false (READ MORE HERE).
Instead, what the IGP did not tell us is: Malaysia was giving shelter to Indonesia’s version of Jho Low — Bank Bali fugitive, Djoko Soegiarto Tjandra, the owner the Indonesian Mulia business empire.
Indonesian fugitive Djoko a.k.a. Joe Chan was hiding in Malaysia under the protection of Mahathir and Guan Eng
This ethnic Chinese tycoon (yes, Cina lagi), a.k.a. (also known as) Joe Chan (why do all Chinese fugitives have an a.k.a. behind their name?), was convicted in 2010 for scamming Bank Bali. To avoid imprisonment, he fled the country and became a citizen of Papua New Guinea (PNG).
When Indonesia asked PNG to extradite him, the PNG government said that he was not staying in PNG although he is their citizen. The hunt for Djoko went on for ten years. But he was well protected by the Chinese overseas mafia, a.k.a. Chinese businessmen, and hence escaped capture.
And this is where it starts getting interesting.
Djoko was granted refuge in Malaysia under the guise of an “Employment Pass”
Last year, Djoko was issued an employment pass and was allowed into Malaysia (in spite of him being a fugitive wanted by the Indonesian government).
The Indonesian government knew about this but could do nothing about it because then Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng were behind the conspiracy. It is reported that Djoko gave Pakatan Harapan a substantial “political donation” for the party’s so-called “war-chest”.
But what is even more interesting is the millions that Djoko was said to have donated to Pakatan Harapan does not appear in the party’s accounts. So, whose pocket did the money end up in? And was the money paid in Hong Kong, like what the Indonesians suspect?
No prize for the right answer.
Last year, Mahathir and Guan Eng gave Djoko refuge in Malaysia but Muhyiddin and Hamzah decided to arrest the fugitive and send him back to Indonesia
Yes, Najib Tun Razak plundered billions, konon. China is giving refuge to Jho Low, konon. Then we find out that Malaysia, or rather Pakatan Harapan, is giving refuge to Indonesian fugitive Djoko Soegiarto Tjandra. And even more interesting still is, the Chinese triads are working hand-in-hand with the Malaysian government, or rather with Pakatan Harapan, in this protection racket.
Anyway, Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and Home Minister Hamzah Zainuddin decided to stop all this nonsense and they ordered the police to arrest Djoko and send him back to Indonesia (SEE NEWS AND VIDEOS BELOW).
Yes, while Indonesia was hunting high and low for Djoko, unknown to most Indonesians and Malaysians, he was actually hiding in Malaysia under the pretext of doing business. In fact, the Immigration Department was not too happy that Guan Eng had forced them to grant Djoko an Employment Pass.
Home Minister Hamzah asked the Malaysian police to arrest Djoko and hand him back to Indonesia
Is it not hypocritical for Mahathir and Guan Eng to talk about the crimes that Najib and Jho Low were alleged to have committed while they were giving refuge to Djoko?
According to Mahathir’s people, this is not so much Mahathir but Guan Eng who had pressured Mahathir to allow the fugitive to enter Malaysia and that Mahathir could do very little about it. In that case, Mahathir’s people are admitting that DAP is the real power behind the Pakatan Harapan government and that DAP calls the shots.
No wonder Mahathir brought down the government.
Muhyiddin decided to end the nonsense and cooperate with the Indonesian authorities
So there you have it. Mahathir, Guan Eng, DAP and Pakatan Harapan have lost their moral right to preach about what Najib, Umno and Barisan Nasional were alleged to have done. Even if the allegations are true, Mahathir, Guan Eng, DAP and Pakatan Harapan are doing exactly the same thing.
And if Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and Home Minister Hamzah Zainuddin had not agreed to Indonesia’s request for Djoko Soegiarto Tjandra to be arrested and sent back to Indonesia, until today no one would have known about this sordid affair.
Djoko donated a huge sum of money to Pakatan Harapan’s “war-chest” to get his “Employment Pass”, but the money does not appear in the party’s accounts
The National Police has brought Djoko Soegiarto Tjandra, a fugitive and graft convict who had been on the run for 11 years, back to Indonesia after arresting him in Malaysia on Thursday (READ MORE HERE).
