Hence this Al Jazeera documentary and Sarawak Report story is not about Najib (after all, Najib has already been convicted) but is about hurting Mahathir to allow Anwar to replace Muhyiddin next week (if Budget 2021 can be sabotaged).

The latest revelation by Al Jazeera and Sarawak Report have proven what Malaysia Today wrote two years ago back in 2018 was correct after all. Pakatan Harapan DID negotiate with Jho Low not long after they formed the government in May 2018.
What Malaysia Today revealed then was, first of all, the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) knew all along where Jho Low was. And Jho Low was NOT in hiding or living “underground”, as what they tried to make us believe.

Secondly, the Pakatan Harapan government was in contact with Jho Low and was negotiating with him. Hence, they knew where he was all along.
Third, what the Pakatan Harapan government wanted was for Jho Low to testify against Najib Tun Razak as the main witness or crown witness to ensure that Najib gets convicted (thus far the 1MDB trial is still ongoing and no conviction has been secured yet).
Fourth, Jho Low agreed to throw Najib under the bus on condition he gets to keep what he stole and does not need to return anything.

However, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad did not agree to this last condition. Mahathir agreed that Jho Low can keep PART of the loot, but some of it must be returned to give an impression that the Pakatan Harapan government succeeded in getting back at least some of the stolen money.
While the details of what Jho Low must return and what he can keep as a “reward” for his testimony against Najib was still being negotiated, the Pakatan Harapan government fell.
Pakatan Harapan is worried that next week Muhyiddin Yassin’s government may fall and that this may trigger a power-struggle between Mahathir and Anwar Ibrahim. In fact, PAN or Amanah has said so (READ MORE HERE).
The Al Jazeera documentary is meant to hurt Mahathir, not Najib, in anticipation of next week’s no confidence motion against Muhyiddin
Hence Tony Pua and his DAP boys timed this Al Jazeera documentary and Sarawak Report story to trigger a sort of “no confidence motion” against Mahathir, so that if Muhyiddin’s government falls next week, Mahathir will have little chance of coming back as PM9 and the field will be clear for Anwar to take over.
Hence this Al Jazeera documentary and Sarawak Report story is not about Najib (after all, Najib has already been convicted) but is about hurting Mahathir to allow Anwar to replace Muhyiddin next week (if Budget 2021 can be sabotaged).
