Six questions for Umno

Umno claims it has 3.5 million members and hence is the largest party in Malaysia. But then in GE14 Umno garnered only 2.5 million votes and not all those votes were from Umno members. It is estimated that only 1.5 million of the votes which Umno received were from Umno members.
Hence an estimated 2 million Umno members did not vote for Umno in GE14. PAS, on the other hand, has only 1 million members, but it garnered 2 million votes in GE14. This means there is no guarantee that your members will vote for you, like in Umno’s case, or that only your members will vote for you, as in the case of PAS.
So how does Umno know the Malays still support them just because they once used to be the party of choice for the Malays since the Perikatan Nasional coalition of PAS and PPBM is now offering the Malays an alternative to Umno?
Umno says Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin is afraid of holding a snap GE15 (whereas GE15 is not due until mid-2023) but then Umno refuses to hold its party election scheduled for June 2021 and is trying to delay it to late-2022. Why?
Umno says it cannot accept the fact the PPBM is the boss when Umno is older and bigger than PPBM. Then why did Umno agree to form a government with Umno (and PAS) on 1st March 2020 when they knew that PPBM was going to be the boss and that the Prime Minister would come from PPBM?
Umno says their disagreement with PPBM has nothing to do with the “Court Cluster”, but then Umno activists such as Lokman Adam complain that the prosecution of Umno leaders is selective prosecution and they are angry with Muhyiddin Yassin because he refuses to drop the court cases against the Umno leaders. So what is the real reason Umno is angry with PPBM?
Pre-GE14 (since 2016) Umno had agreed to an electoral pact with PAS. At the eleventh hour, Umno betrayed PAS and engaged in three-corner contests with PAS and Pakatan Harapan without informing PAS as to why they did this. Why did Umno give the false impression that it would work with PAS in GE14 and then abandoned the electoral pact at the last minute?
