Kompleks Seri Perdana ni dibina pada tahun 1997 dan siap dibina sekitar 1999. Kos nya RM 24.17 juta. Sekarang, kerajaan renovate dengan RM30 juta. Let say, kos dulu dengan kadar semasa double, RM 40 juta. Kira² boleh bina sebiji lagi Seri Perdana. – adam.mukhriz

For the country’s image
PM Ismail Sabri has revealed that the government has spent RM30 million to renovate the Prime Minister’s official residence at the Seri Perdana Complex in Putrajaya, The Star reported.
In a written parliamentary reply, Ismail Sabri said the renovations are necessary to ensure safety as well as to preserve the country’s image during visits by foreign dignitaries.
According to Ismail Sabri, the renovation includes mechanical wiring, air conditioning systems, electrical improvements and structural renovation at the official residence block.
