DAP Youth vice-chief Muhammad Shakir Ameer Mohideen has described PAS as a “parasite” that ditched its host once its objectives are met.
In a statement today, Shakir said PAS was once allied with DAP and PKR, which allowed the party to be part of the Selangor government for two terms.
“During the two terms, PAS finally showed their stripes by causing conflict in the Selangor government (by agreeing with the Selangor Sultan’s choice of MB) and eventually cooperated with Umno during the general election (after PAS had been kicked out of Pakatan).”

Just to be clear about one thing, all politicians are parasites and politics is the art of using, and this includes DAP as well.

Did Superman Hew not tell the Chinese voters during a ceramah that DAP is just using Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad (a.k.a. ‘Mamak Bendahara’, as Anwar Ibrahim called him) to split the Malays, and after Pakatan Harapan wins the general election, they will get rid of him?
And did Pakatan Harapan not win GE14 in May 2018 by using Dr Mahathir?
And did Pakatan Harapan not try to get rid of Dr Mahathir in February 2020?

DAP formed a secret pact with PAS in 1990, which they did not want the Chinese voters to know about
In 1990, DAP formed an electoral pact with Semangat 46 even though Semangat 46 had an electoral pact with PAS. And the reason DAP wanted two separate electoral pacts is because they did not want the Chinese to know that, indirectly, through Semangat 46, DAP was in bed with PAS.
At least Umno has better principles than DAP. Umno will not want an electoral pact with PAS if PAS has an electoral pact with Bersatu. Umno and Bersatu are enemies, so a friend of my enemy is also my enemy.
However, with DAP, a friend of my enemy can also be my friend, but it must be in secret without the Chinese voters knowing about it.
