BN IS THE MOST READY FOR PRU15 AND IS IN THE POSITION TO PLEA FOR AN EARLY ONE, AND THE OTHERS ARE ONLY BEGINNING TO SET UP THE BIG TENTS TO FIT IN THE SAME HUGE EGOS!

As it is now, BN will turn out to be the dominant winners, hands down. But even with former partners GPS and a smattering of mosquito parties and independent MPs in tow, UMNO may still need to include a major party, to make its majority more stable.

So DAP, PKR and Warisan are in play! With the party heads to be amply rewarded with cabinet positions by joining the government, the big-tent does not seem to be a very attractive proposition. That’s exactly what PRU15 will be all about!

The race to be the fourth wife in a legal prostitution ring within a profession that revels in it. The ‘scheme-of-things’ made respectable because the husband did not come via the backdoor or the roof!

PRU15 will only legitimise this charade. The rakyat will always be of secondary importance, though we are led to believe that we are.

Rafizi Ramli is still into the rudiments of winning elections. Anthony Loke is learning how to turn the steering wheel, while Syed Saddiq is busy bringing up his kids.

But the old farts are still around running interference, offering their grandfatherly advice, determined that our politics should not change beyond what they are used to!

In the absence of a sterling track-record of governing, the opposition’s best hope is still to attack BN’s albatross, Najib Razak, as being the symbol of what BN stands for.

Let’s do that well, and not invoke his whole racial stock. What you have done in the last two years have been to push the fence-sitters who had voted BN out in PRU14, to the other side. Let the frustrated old leaders be, rightly or wrongly. It is your world now to inherit.

We need these fence-sitters now. Unless, you are still on that ego trip.
