Which will come first, Umno’s pemilihan parti or Zahid going to jail?

Is he dumb or does he think we are?
It is not the government that is unstable. It is Umno that is unstable and in a royal mess with Team A, Team B, Team C, Team D and Team E all fighting for control of Umno.
Umno is worse off today than in 1987, 1998, 2006, and 2015 when Umno was suffering from an internal “Team A vs Team B” war.
If Umno can just stop all the nonsense, Malaysia will be very stable and foreign investors will not stay out of the country, like what is happening now.
How can an unstable government help the poor? Zahid asks. You do not need a stable government to help the poor. You need a clean government for that. With RM200 billion of the hard-earned taxpayers’ money wasted and flushed down the toilet, mana ada duit to help the poor?
Zahid says the opposition wants to buy time by delaying the general election.
Hello… GE15 is due only by September 2023. The Umno party election, however, is long overdue and the last pemilihan was four years ago.
Umno’s pemilihan parti should have been held last year and they now want to delay it to the end of next year or maybe even until 2024 (depending on when GE15 will be held).
Six years without a pemilihan parti? Is that just? Is that democracy in action? Why delay the party election up to six years and then ask for a snap or early GE15?
That is the reason why Umno is unstable. So, what excuse does Zahid have to delay the party election? Covid-19? Inflation?
Or is it because he is scared Ismail Sabri Yaakob will contest the post of party president and will win?
Zahid cannot deny the fact that as prime minister Ismail Sabri should take over as the acting party president. Furthermore, with his court case getting from bad to worse, there is a very strong likelihood Zahid will end up in jail long before the delayed pemilihan parti can be held in late 2023 or 2024.
If Zahid really loves Umno, he should take garden leave and spare the party the humiliation of having a president mired in criminal allegations. Sayang sikitlah Umno. Kesianlah Umno. Why drag Umno through the mud?

(Sun Daily) – Umno president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has slammed the opposition for refusing to face a snap general election.
“The GE15 is the effective democratic way for the people to get a stable government.”
“Only a more stable government can ensure better efforts to help the poor.”
“They want to buy time to get room to cheat the public again. God willing, a better government will return,” he said in a statement today.
Zahid also hit out at the opposition for coming up with all kinds of excuses to delay the election.
“Previously, the opposition used the excuse of Covid-19 to delay GE15. Now it is using inflation as an excuse.”
“One excuse after another actually reveals their real concern,” he added.
