MoU: police report lodged against Pakatan Harapan Plus

A Police Report regarding the Pakatan Harapan Plus MoU has been lodged today at the Dang Wangi Police Station. According to the Police Report, the Pakatan Harapan Plus MoU is detrimental to parliamentary democracy and is a criminal offence under s.120A Akta 574, s.124B Akta 574, s.124C Akta 574, s.225B Akta 574, and s.107 Akta 574. Neither the YDPA nor Parliament should recognise nor endorse it, as it also violates s.24 and s.25 Akta Kontrak 1950.
