RPK counters PM PolSec’s police report by submitting his own list of 121 MPs who’ve lost faith in Anwar to M’sian cops
A case in point, he contended, is that truth will come out in the open that UMNO president and BN chairman Datuk Ahmad Zahid Hamidi had in the aftermath of the 15th General Election (GE15) deceived the Agong that all BN MPs supported Anwar’s appointment as Malaysia 10th PM.
(Focus Malaysia) – IT IS perhaps a rarity to the extent that one could have struck a jackpot in a bonanza lottery draw that fugitive blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin (RPK) has suddenly endeared himself to his homeland.
Taking a cue from the nationwide lodging of police report (see link below) against perpetrators of the Dubai Move yesterday (Jan 8) by the senior political secretary to the prime minister (PM) Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin, the opposition-slant mercenary blogger claimed that he has submitted a list of 121 MPs from various political parties who no longer support the government of the day to the police.

“As my name was mentioned, it’s my responsibility to submit the list of 121 names to the police … I’ve sources who’ve submitted the list on my behalf by-hand to the (Malaysian) police,” RPK pointed out in his latest video clip from Manchester, UK where he is currently residing.
“If the police conduct proper investigation, they would notice that the Dubai Move is not illegal in that there is no crime committed and that it is very much in accordance with the law and the Federal Constitution.”
Added the controversial blogger who coincidentally is on the run from Malaysian police since 2009: “Within the realm of parliamentary democracy, any action to change the government/PM is permissible with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (YDPA) possessing the power to appoint or sack the PM if the latter has lost the support or confidence of MPs.”
Interestingly, RPK admitted that the list he brandished on his earlier video clip on Saturday (Jan 6) where he claimed that he has “a five-page long list of 120 MPs along with three PM candidates was merely for visual purpose (gambar hiasan)”.
“I don’t wish to expose the list earlier because I don’t want to disrupt police investigation or I may be deemed interfering in police investigation which is an offence,” he justified.
“The list is now in the hands of the police and is up to their discretion if they wish to expose the names of the 121 MPs … Insofar as I’m concerned, I’ve already assisted the police in their investigation by submitting the name list.”
RPK further cautioned that not all is rosy for the unity government for Anwar’s instruction to lodge a police report can backfire on the latter given the police will leave no stone unturned once they commence their investigation.

“When the Agong wanted to meet each and every of the 30 MPs, Zahid disagreed on grounds that he held the mandate of all 30 MPs, hence the Agong had no choice but to appoint Anwar as PM,” explained RPK.
“But such appointment is invalid, illegal and can be likened to a coup pulled off by Anwar and Zahid based on fraud, deception and lies which is against both the parliamentary democracy and Federal Constitution for the Agong was tricked into believing a lie.”
“But now the cops can interview the MPs if they have withdrawn their support for Anwar to which they would probably reply that they have never supported Anwar in the first instance or that they would have conveyed their stance to the Agong personally should the Agong have met them face-to-face.”
